Discover the contemporary work of Télo
Drawing, arts, culture, history, rugby, judo, sailing and painting have always fascinated me.
My first stroke of the spatula was placed when I retired (2023)
and my first exhibition is taking place this year in my beautiful town of Alboussière!
A self-taught painter, I perfected my skills with painters such as Piet Mondrian and many other impressionists.
I work with acrylic and oil paint, both in the contemporary-inspired Street Art style and on the more abstract.
When I produce a work, I sign it "Télo".
Télo comes from the diminutive of my hometown, Télo-Martius, which means "Toulon"
Throughout the ages, painting has experienced many artistic movements that have attracted my attention and admiration. From impressionism to expressionism, abstract, street art....each era has given birth to revolutionary works of art.
I search and search for my painting without knowing or understanding my true style. I do not want to learn or copy. I am a painter from prehistory who goes as he wishes!
