Tito Oliveira was born in Brazil in 1978. He was a professor of Art History in São Paulo and Salvador. As an artist he held individual and group exhibitions in galleries and public institutions. In 2005 he received the Award from the Cultural Foundation of the State of Bahia, in the painting category; in 2006 he was selected for the Recôncavo International Art Biennial; in 2011 he participated in the collective D'Arreu, at the Spai Fontana institute, in Barcelona. Nuances de Um Tempo Documentado was his last exhibition, in 2019, at the Contemporary Art Space of the Cuenca Museum of Art, Ecuador.

Artistic approach

Mon travail consiste principalement à expérimenter avec différents matériaux. Pour exprimer, imagée, les nuances de mes expériences. Ce qui peut arriver de ma rétine vers l'extérieur, avec des paysages etc, ainsi que de la même vers mon intérieur. Autour d'émotions, de souvenirs, d'affections ou de situations.
