Françoise Werner
Born in Geneva in 1946, she currently lives between Drôme provençale and Haute-Savoie.
In his work we find the search for an immediate perception of the surrounding world. We can speak of impressions in the sense that she seeks to transmit feelings/sensations, but also in the sense that printing, it's up to date say the print became his support and his main technique. These are traces which punctuate his work and which allow him to explore the random world of engraving, hollows and additions, the work of colors, mixtures, in short: each time a new reality is created. Her workshop is located in a small village in Drôme, surrounded by nature, and she regularly exhibits in the Lake Geneva region in Switzerland, and in the Baronnies in Drôme.
