Based in Caen, Yasmine Bayle is an artist who explores various directions of abstract painting.

Yasmine is interested in her plastic work through express multiple facets of “duality”, light vs. Darkness, gentleness vs. “Brutality”” (colors, textures, gestures), like an echo to duplicity of life and our world.

We sometimes feel this duality; moving from creation to creation. the other, some giving more of a feeling of calm with very soft palettes and curves that can make one think of a stone. nature while others can refer to nature. a certain violence and in particular when the color black appears as a task or in a more invasive manner. In parallel with behind this work on colors, constant research is carried out in order to vary the textures and materials used and thus open up the possibility of creating colors. à a multisensory approach to these works.
