A rich and eclectic journey
Born in 1957 in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, William Marcheval followed an atypical path, combining academic training, professional experience and artistic passion.
After obtaining his baccalaureate at the age of 17, he joined the army where he acquired solid technical skills, particularly in computer engineering and economics.
À From the 80s, he began a career in the corporate world, holding various positions of responsibility in commerce and communication. At the same time, he developed expertise in the field of digital and computer graphics, founding his own company.
The call of art
His passion for art led him to train in applied arts, then to study drawing and painting at the École Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Nîmes. In the 2000s, he decided to devote himself professionally to his artistic practice.
