I was born in 1940 in Algeria and have been passionate about jazz for 70 years. These two reasons make my paintings evoke either North Africa (Algiers, Casbah, Sea, Sun, Desert...), or jazz musicians.

Palette knife work, picture rail covered with a Canvas frame constituting a 4 cm thick stretcher lacquered in black acting as a frame and comprising double angles (at the four corners) intended to resist any shrinkage.
