Graduate from an art school to Paris and having achieved numerous works, Frédéric Tostain settled in à Saint Martin in the West Indies, and collaborated on with a hotel (hotel homage) in the creation of numerous frescoes and sculptures. Back in mainland France, he opened his own gallery at Fort Socoa in the Basque country.
