A curator from Creative Concept Inc. explained that my pictures seem almost too modest and only on closer inspection do they shine and create a dreamy vision in the viewer that resonates with the viewer for a long time. My style is both contemporary and classic and I have developed a very personal style that is completely different from other realistic painters, but which nevertheless has its place in the art scene and also seems familiar.

According to the viewer, you are sucked into the picture, you stand there and are fascinated by the colors and the depth, the details.

I started with velvet paintings in 2006. Since the velvet is "alive", you have to work very precisely. The color has to be worked into the velvet. You also have to take into account that the color is absorbed by the velvet. This technique is very rare because it is very complex and demanding.

My artist name goes back to a short marriage with an Egyptian man and since the name also invites you to dream, I found it suitable as an artist name and kept it.

Description

This oil painting shows an atmospheric desert landscape with an oasis at sunset. The scene is dominated by warm, bright brown and orange tones that bathe the sky in a fascinating play of colors. In the foreground you can see the dark silhouettes of several palm trees, which stand out strikingly against the light background. A large palm tree in the left part of the picture stands out particularly prominently. Smaller palm trees can be seen scattered across the horizon and give the scene depth. In the center of the picture is a small fountain - surrounded by several smaller palm trees. These elements form an interesting contrast to the bright sky and give the picture a touch of human presence in the otherwise untouched landscape. The sun has soon set and is only slightly tinted. Overall, the painting conveys an atmosphere of calm and space, typical of the peaceful mood of a desert sunset. The skilful use of light and shadow as well as the warm color palette create an impressive, almost romantic image of the desert landscape.
