Alissa explores the city through a series of twilight urban landscapes, familiar and strange. Alleys, dead ends, deserted squares where the warm mineral shadow of a possible humanity remains. The light attenuates the feeling of abandonment. Light both claimed by the presence of public lighting, and secret source of bluish transparencies and carmine opacities whose movements of opposition and composition shape a very special architecture. In the end, the drawing is forgotten, melted into the furtive border lines between the colored regions of the image. From this fusion is born a dark and serene energy that absorbs our gaze.
