Laurent Messager Born on 15th July in 1966 in Rueil Malmaison - France. His eye for detail is equal to his masterly brushstrokes which are live and soft. Always ready to catch up the smallest gesture or exquisite feature‘s in the facial expression of a passerby in the street, or of an angry demonstrator or musician….. Born in 1966 and graduated from Montpellier and Versailles schools of fine arts. Fascinated by sciences and physics and nanotechnology, we discover a singular artist who expresses himself through diverse techniques in variable formats. Always armed with notebook and sketchbook, it allowing him to memorise ambiances whilst becoming a relevant witness to our society. The oil on canvas also available in large format compliments the charcoal on paper or alternatively the maroufle canvas on “medium” panel..Compositions show suggested spaces, and wide perspectives enjoyed by amateurs.
