The Changke cabins, two emblematic fishermen's cabins located on the Arcachon Bay, are living witnesses to the maritime history of the region. These traditional cabins, built of wood and on stilts, have been used for generations by local fishermen to store their equipment and shelter their boats.
Their simple but functional architecture reflects the authentic way of life of the fishermen of the Arcachon Basin, and they add a picturesque touch to the coastal landscape.
