Description
Canvas typical of my style which tends to present subjects that are clearly identifiable to everyone, under a modified appearance, centered on a patchwork of colors. The intention is first to play with the subject by diverting it and seeking to surprise the viewer. This owl also plays on the opposition between pictorial genres. Figurative on the one hand, abstract or even geometric on the other. But also a game of opposition between a destitute representation and a complete filling of the canvas. Inspiration will also draw from the “primary arts” with these ethnic-style arabesques.
