CONTENT of the course
Level: Beginners
Introductory/discovery course in watercolor which will teach you basic and expression techniques so you can work at home.
An introductory course can be undertaken at any time. several times in order to fully integrate the basics and find individual support during the weekend.
People who have completed the introduction to the basic material can start to learn more. work directly on their subjects in watercolor proposed during the internship.
- Discovery/presentation of the material (for people who have never followed the introductory course)
- Media preparation
- Practical exercises: copy of paintings (watercolor interpretation), techniques, shadow/light approach
TIME TIMES / MEALS (the workshop is equipped with a refrigerator, but no microwave)
SATURDAY
Arrival Saturday: 9:30 a.m. (installation, getting to know each other, coffee and tea)
10am – 12:30 p.m.: workshop
12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m. meals taken together (snack to go or possibility of ordering a meal tray)
1:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.: workshop with breaks (free)
SUNDAY
9 a.m.-12 p.m.workshop
12h – 1 p.m.: meals taken together (snack to take away or possibility of ordering a meal tray)
1 p.m.-5:30 p.m.: workshop with breaks - cleaning of the workshop at the end of the course
PRICES : Possibility of to pay several installments (see registration form and payment terms),
FULL PRICE: € 140 and € 170 WITH ALL THE MATERIAL NECESSARY FOR THE COURSE
REDUCED RATE: € 120 and € 155 WITH ALL THE MATERIAL NECESSARY FOR THE COURSE
Reduced rate for course students registered for the course. year-round and for those under 18/students and unemployed

No refunds will be made. for cancellation on your part.
MATERIAL:
Possibility to take the option which includes ALL the equipment necessary for the course.
List of minimum equipment required take away
- 1 sheet of tea towel 90g – fine satin 56*76 cm 200 to 300g
- 1 sheet grain tea towel (medium) 56*76 cm 300g
- roll kraft self-adhesive tape glue (the sheet will be cut and glued to a plywood support)
- Watercolor colors: minimum 1 small pocket box with 8 half pans
- Brushes: minimum * fine round tip watercolor brushes N° 4 /N°16
(for example: JAX HAIR by Gerstaecker)
; *Minimum flat brushes N° 8 (or more)
* possibly a bigger brush for the wash (if you already have it)
- drawing gum
- 2B,HB pencil, eraser, pencil sharpener
- natural sponge for watercolor
- cutter
- board against veneer; 50/60cm 5mm or 2* 30/40cm, or bring what you have
