In the heart of the small charming village of Saint-Sauveur-en-Puisaye, the FRATRIE restaurant offers a menu of refined dishes accompanied by a selection of wines from the region and elsewhere. An exhibition of local artists enhances the place. You can find a sample of my permanent collection of raw earthenware vases, which you can acquire by contacting the owner of the premises.
