Allain Philippe à le plaisir de vous faire partager aussi une part de sa collection personnelle en vous présentant "Le Chinois" une pièce unique qu'il a réalisée en 1999. Il faut savoir que cette pièce est le second travail de l'Artiste qui a débuté au mois Août de cette même année. Préferant de loin le travail manuel a savoir la technique en taille directe sans l'aide de machines, dont il adoptera déffinitivement cette façon pour son art. On peut au travers de ce travail constater qu'aussitôt, l'autodidact n'a pas peur en entrant dans la matière ni du détail ni de la minutie dans son travail.
