Discover the contemporary work of Amina ABDALA
Amina is a multidisciplinary artist from Bordeaux whose artistic practice is at the crossroads of visual and audiovisual arts. Her works, often in situ, invite the viewer to an immersive experience where sculptures, installations and video elements are mixed. Influenced by deconstructivist currents, she explores the notions of space, time and materiality, creating hybrid environments that blur the boundaries between different mediums. Coming from the Boulle school, Lina develops a unique visual language, mixing artisanal tradition and digital technologies.
As a multidisciplinary artist, I create installations that question our perception of space and time. Influenced by architectural deconstructivism, my work explores the notions of light, structure and representation through varied materials and immersive staging. By multiplying the points of view, I seek to provoke an intense sensory experience in the viewer, inviting them to active contemplation and leading them to question their relationship to the world around them.
