My art is the result of an encounter between my unconditional love of animals and that of pastel.
My close relationship with cats makes them my favorite subject. Each of their portraits is a work of great sensitivity. Emotional, imbued with my artistic side, and the reflection of all the feelings they inspire in me. Among other things, the calm that I would like to convey through my pastels.
Artistic approach
I am looking for my pastel technique to be more tend towards hyperrealism, but a pastel is not a photo, it is well beyond. He must transmit feelings, emotions by rediscovering the expression and especially the look of the animal. My paintings have a soul, imbued with my artistic side and my love for animals.
