Né In June 1966, I am a self-taught painter from Orleans. I have lived in TUCHAN in Aude since 1995. An artist at heart, from my earliest childhood I have always drawn. I touch on everything from cabinetmaking to children's shows in hospitals or specialized centers for people with disabilities. Severe; I started à taking pleasure in the joys of collective drawings which allowed me to reveal my graphic passion to others. Until then, I drew or painted a little in my little corner outside. out of sight But it wasn't until 2009, pushed to the limit. by those around me who already admired; my pastels, that I am launching a new collection: “the stimulators of imagination” by creating my own graphic style leaving viewers free to read. My creations are imaginative, revealing shapes and pleasures in the threads of colors which are born from observations, imagination, emotions and feelings. I don't want to lock my works into a very specific category or style. My works are unique, original and yet simple in design, to create the desire to travel to my imaginary world where I live. colors bring comfort and cheerfulness to erase gloomy moods. As I paint by turning around my canvas each painting can be looked at in a different way. in all directions. For me, creation is a real source of escape, of freedom. but also a refuge. In 2010 I launched into what I call structures where I attract nature and the objects that surround me. In my imaginary world, like cut vines that I recompose to bring them back to life under my colors while keeping their original form where they were. I see so many things there. Great dreamer: “I look at my works with the same gaze that I have when looking at the clouds, and everything that surrounds me, that is to say, by letting my imagination run wild . My job consists of; draw shapes, objects, but also how everything is linked; on earth link them together in such a way that they are nested within each other. So much so that you can see something completely different in every direction that you position my paintings, you just have to turn them over to discover a new work.»
