L'auberge porte le surnom du directeur: Mariquita (Mariquinta - avec 'n' - est un jeu de mots qui combine ce nom avec le mot espagnol pour auberge: "quinta". La gallerie d'art porte son nom: Gallerie Ferrari. Entoure par des plantes tropicales et le beau temps du Mexique, qui n'aurait pas envie d'y passer quelques jours?
