Discover the contemporary work of Erika PRUVOST

As many artists, I was born the pencil in the hand. Noticed from the nursery school (I remember a drawing of a blue princess that the director kept and still have !), I did not stop drawing, during the drawing class, on the edges of my notebooks or blackening the edges the books of my grandmother. Born in Frévent, in the north of France, Érika Pruvost lived more than 10 years in Belgium and She is now living in Quebec City in Canada since 1998. As she followed a training in photography with the Belgian painter Peter Van de Kerckove, she discovered her passion for painting. Learning with Boris Semenoff at the artistic higher school of Brussels, she obtained her diploma with distinction. Since 1992, her work is exposed in several European countries such as Belgium, France, Germany, Switzerland, in arts centres, museum, contest, universities and in centers of companies. Érika Pruvost also taught painting and drawing in schools and workshops.
