la belle riait à gorge dénudée
ses regards aux rayons incendiaires
lançaient les flammes de cerbère
un jeune gars traînant le pavé
par ces fusées fut foudroyé
il gravit quatre à quatre les marches
pour courtiser la belle à l’arche
elle en fit son frugal déjeuner
jeunes gens nonchalants qui passez
sous les fenêtres des rouges gorges
prenez garde jamais d’être croqués
comme de vulgaires sucres d’orge
