Oil on canvas 90cm × 80. I have simplified shapes, lines and colors to describe what is attractive per se. Oil painting is a unique language that displays its individual values, now! The charcoal drawing is separate, I try to let it breathe and therefore merge with the work in general. In a portrait, the most important thing is the character. What is essential and significant is what is beautiful, not what I talk about superficially."
