Born and raised in a politically violent Buenos Aires, Cukier chooses colors and shades that reveal a yearning for a less superficial, less deceptive reality. The forms, dimensions and colors give shape to dreams and nightmares, and even allude to a notion of hope. Humor is used to reflect fears, habits and desires that most of us deny and suppress deep within. He has worked as a storyboard designer, internet designer and illustrator in many different countries, such as Spain and Israel, where he now lives.
This artist is one of the greatest representatives of the current bioconstructionist movement, rooted in classical Surrealism, but with a personal and unique language. ...
