Professional painter, I am registered with the Maison des Artistes for many years.

Born in Rouen, in Normandy, is located in the heart of Normandy. As a teenager, working alongside painters influenced by post-impressionism, I learned classical drawing and painting techniques. oil.

I have been painting for several years now. acrylic but I also use ink, pencil, pastel, oil, encaustic, and collage, on canvas, paper or wood, I has been watching for many years quality of the materials I use and what to do with them their low ecological impact.The formats of my works, paintings, mobiles, monotypes or drawings,  range from very small to large formats.

At the sources of my work, there are  Abstract Expressionism, and Action Painting. My painting is imbued with the work of the Unconscious. I try to give form, "after the fact", to the traces left by all perception, transfiguring it, by giving great importance to the gesture, like an engagement of the body. Since the 90s is imposed à I work on "the hyphenation", which I formalize on the surface of the canvas.

Since 2003, I have been working at Dinard in Brittany, and the marine environment influences my research into colors and materials, in a work of contrasts, between fluidity, transparency and opacity. raw.

Since 2022 I have been exploring the relationship between visual arts and poetry during the Spring of Poets with the Artists of Menilmontant. I work in collaboration with the author and poet Maï Ewen who creates Haïku in the Breton language, which I include in my series "Haïgas".
