Technique

Invented by Joseph Niépce in 1826, photography is based on two types of knowledge: optics, allowing an image to be captured and delivered, and chemistry used to fix it on a surface. Its inventor died in 1833, but Louis Daguerre continued his research to discover the development of the latent image reducing exposure time. At the end of the 19th century, Eastman Kodak democratized film photography by making it possible to take many photos in less time. Photography continues to evolve with the inventions of color, film, relief photos, and digital photos, or even synthesis, etc.

Inscrite à l’Université de Haute-Alsace, l’osée Joséphine est une figure de la scène rock mulhousienne tendance pure et dure. Fille du chanteur-pianiste Jimmy Riff, connu pour avoir accompagné plusieurs fois Chuck Berry lors de ses passages sur les rives du Rhin et animé des milliers de mariage arrosés au crémant, elle a bu le rock’n’roll au biberon. Guitariste surdouée, elle s’est inscrite au casting des Alsaciennes à la conquête du monde pour médiatiser son propre groupe les Strass Dolls. Elle bénéficie d’un soutien de poids au sein du jury en la personne du parrain de l’édition de cette année : Johnny H !
