Artistic approach

I converted to photography around the age of 23 to finally make a living from my passion, I couldn't bear living without this passion that comes from my guts! I declared myself an independent photographer and started shooting. with classic services (weddings, pregnancy, newborns, etc.) then at A difficult moment in my life, I felt the need to try artistic photography and I discovered an incomparable outlet, which had become vital for me. So I ended up devoting myself fully to it! Today I use digital photography and photomontage in an expressionist and surrealist style as a therapy above all. À through my works, I fight my own demons, I heal from my traumas, I face my fears and my phobias... My art allows me to communicate with the world because outside of that, I I isolate a lot and I am very much a homebody... I can thus show the difficult aspects of the disorders from which I suffer and of my health. fragile mental health, which are often very misunderstood aspects: Anxiety; generalized, hyperactivity, depression, hypersensitivity... But also show to Those who suffer from it know that they are not alone!

Feeling understood is, at the same time, in my opinion, essential to combat isolation and learn to live. accept our shadows, to aspire, like every human being, to be happy. I never felt understood during my childhood. through my sensitivity but also my unconventional way of thinking.

I realized a photo book on the theme of depression in 2021, in self-portrait, in an expressionist style. I was going through a depressive phase at the time of its conception...

I really like working in self-portraits since my art is very therapeutic. Although I sometimes work with models when I need different faces for certain fantasy series.

Fantasy and surrealism also allow me to create fictional universes.

“I feel bad in this world, so I create others...”

I am strongly interested in art therapy since 2023 and I am currently training in art therapy. This practice in order to integrate it into my work but also to offer creative workshops based on art therapy when I have finished this training. I am also increasingly interested in mixed techniques which I find interesting to express myself in different forms.
