Je peins depuis une vingtaine d'années environ. J'ai participé à de nombreux ateliers de pratique artistique dont l'atelier du musée d'Aquitaine à Bordeaux qui a contribué à développer ma créativité et à diversifier mes pratiques. Depuis quelques années je suis des cours à l'école des beaux arts de Bordeaux. J'expose régulièrement dans ma région et d' autres régions de France.

Artistic approach

Ma pratique artistique, plutôt figurative dans ses débuts, a évolué au fil des années pour s’exprimer dans un style plus « art décoratif ». Mes créations s’inspirent principalement des ornements floraux et des bestiaires de différentes cultures et époques, que je revisite à ma façon. La répétition des motifs, floraux, ou stylisés à la façon d’une mosaïque, ou encore ethniques entreront dans la composition finale du tableau. Mélanger les cultures, les époques et les couleurs m’amène, pour chaque réalisation à relever un défi pour trouver l’assemblage le plus harmonieux possible.
