Description
I painted this painting when I returned from Vietnam. It represents a typical Vietnamese bowl, accompanied by thin chopsticks on a partly black and white striped background. These objects symbolize food, conviviality and rigor, values that touched me during my stay. I chose to paint them with great precision, using extremely fine brushes that I had bought there. As you will have understood, this painting reflects a special story for me. I hope that it will transport you in turn. Perhaps it will remind you of a past trip or inspire you to discover this wonderful country.
