APOL - ATELIERS PORTES OUVERTES des artistes LORMOIS - 58

Lormes, city of artists 2024 will mark the fifth edition of the Open Door Workshops for Lormois Artists (APOL). Every weekend of August 15, Lormes becomes a major meeting place for arts and crafts. From August 15 to 18, the public will be able, along a new artistic route through the city, to meet painters, sculptors, illustrators, photographers but also discover the work of glass, iron and wood but also embroidery and painting restoration. Video is not to be outdone, present at the Nuit des Hauts de Lormes, dedicated to shows and projections by the artists themselves. The APOL is four days to discover a city, its charms and its talents. It is a highlight of the department's summer cultural life, during which artists and galleries welcome an ever-increasing audience. Whether novice or experienced, he appreciates the exchanges with the artists, likes to try out the techniques presented and even, sometimes, leaves with a treasure under his arm.
