GALERIE D'ART MODERNE ET CONTEMPORAIN

Created in 2005, the Sandrine Mons Gallery is becoming a meeting place for art lovers and modern art collectors. Previously and for several years, the young Belgium art professional developed a European experience with several important galleries. Then, collectors and artists naturally followed her when she decided, with success, to open her own gallery in Nice, her new home.Her temporary exhibits alternate between original works from internationally known artists (Alechinsky, Malanga, Paladino...), young "avant garde" contemporary creation (Charley Case, Cédric Tanguy) and confirmed artists (Piotr Klemensiewicz, Georges Meurant...). Permanent pieces include rare paper works from prestigious XX th century artists (Adami, Arman, Beckmann, Calder, Delaunay, Giacometti, Magritte, Miro, Picasso, Tapiès...). This part of the collection is constantly renewed and enlarged...The gallery works in network for exchange and organize regularly debates, artist's performances during varnishing day and events related to its art exhibitions.Still in this opening spirit, the gallery initiated a walk in the "quartier Art et Design" at the shadow of "the promenade des Anglais"...
